Some many know that there is an electromagnetic field surrounding and extending outward from every living and non living thing. This is called the aura. In humans the aura extends about 2 arm lengths in all directions from the body. This however can change depending on mental state or health. Now there are ways to see it and take pictures, but this is not what this post is about. Auric connectivity is a powerful and non-verbal form of communication. If we understand and honor the key differences between the different aura types we create a potential to interact.
The types are as follows:
- Generator- provokes others to ask them so they can respond
- Projector- provokes recognition and the invitation
- Manifestor -challenge or initiate
- Reflector- provoke others to look to them for their reflection/assessment

Generators
(pure generator are about 37% and manifesting generator are about 33% of the population)
Generators are very active and need an outlet for their powerful inner drive. They can tackle projects with intentness and determination, gaining momentum as they make progress. A Generator's most powerful energy comes from their Defined Sacral Center. This center both cradles and generates the pattern of life on the planet. Throughout human history the creative energy and stamina made them a valuable commodity. At the same time, ignorance of their potential made them easy prey for those who could take advantage of their gifts. Now they can live awake and aware with full knowledge of their Sacral potential.
All generators are born to work and love what they do. To completely use all their creative Sacral energy everyday. Their Sacral energy only functions when they are connected to what they are doing. When they love what they do, they can be dedicated and can persevere in the face of difficulties and obstacles. When Generators commit to things that they do not like, their Sacral energy retracts and they lose its great power of energy and dedication.
This is why focusing on knowing yourself and understanding your process is so very important for a generator. Finding activities that they have a natural enthusiasm for will help their Sacral power grow and be expressed. As Generators find and connect to their passions, their dedication will lead to mastery, and mastery will lead to success and satisfaction.
A generator is designed to respond with their Sacral center either through sounds as a vibration that raises to their throat from the midsection. Or as movement toward engaging in the activity (this is more common in a manifesting generator). The responses are based on the Sacrals energy availability. They have no connection and will hit plateaus of energy along the way of a project. At these stuck points they need to be initiated again by new input, insight, or further instruction so they can respond. In order not to quit when they reach these stuck points their Sacral must be committed from the start. The gift of a generator is to perfect a task, project, or skill.
There is a sub-group of the generator called the manifesting generator. The manifesting- generator has a defined Sacral center as well and also has a connection to the Throat center. The Sacral is an almost endless energy for work and dedication, and it can have powerful perseverance. The Throat represents communication and expression. The Throat is the primary bridge between internal energy systems and the outside world. With their energy and natural enthusiasm, it is easy to start new things and be good at them. Manifesting Generators are active people. They can be naturally full of vigor and have a direct expression of energy.
A Manifesting Generator's Sacral energy only has dedication when they are connected to what they are doing from deep within. With their natural enthusiasm, they can be vulnerable to getting locked into commitments that seemed like a good idea at the time, but that they don't ultimately want or like. Even though a Manifesting Generator might be skilled in these areas, if they don't have a deeper connection, at a certain point they will lose power.
Designed to respond this is done by movement towards an activity to engage in it. The connection to their Throat center enables them to move quickly from response to manifestation. This allows them to see what steps are essential and what steps can be skipped. This results in a gift of efficiency. This can, however, create a dilemma for them to have a tendency to be so impatient that they skip over a steps that were important. This creates frustration and manifesting generators are more prone to anger then generators.
Both types have embracing auras that transmit the creative/creating life force of their Sacral center. This is an energy field of availability. They must wait for something to come to them so they may have to chance to respond. For them life is renewed with each response because each choice move them along their path into more perfection.
Manifestor
(less the 10% of the population )
Manifestors are meant to impact others. Their actions and words bring about transformation. Through a Manifestor's unique perspective, they initiate change. Manifestors can be free, independent and have a powerful positive effect on the world and the people they care about. They are at ease with solitude and find peace in manifesting for themselves.
Manifestor lack a Sacral definition. They have a connection from the Throat center to either the Heart, Solar Plexus, or Root center. They have a closed and repelling aura. The repelling aura causes others auras to contract. Their energy is pushed out which is often misinterpreted by others as a need to control or be in charge. Manifestors are here to inform. Informing is the only way they find freedom from resistance that they need in order to manifest. The informing puts others auras at ease also.
Manifestors have the ability to act and forge connections independently, moving and exploring without the need for outside interaction. As a child, a Manifestor's behavior might have been perceived as unpredictable and out of control. They might have gone out for a walk or over to a friend's house without telling anyone, and this could have been very startling to their parents. Because of the tendency for independent action in Manifestors, it is much harder to predict or understand what they might do. There is a predilection to punish and control Manifestor children, in an effort to get them to fit in and be normal. Being treated this way can lead Manifestors to feel like in order to act as they wish and to be themselves, they have to conceal and hide their actions from others and from authority figures.
Projector
(21% of the population)
Projector's are naturally sensitive to and aware of the energy of others; they can recognize the natural gifts and capabilities of others. Projectors have unique insights into the way life works. Through their sensitivity and awareness, they can develop natural wisdom. When others recognize and value what Projectors have to offer, they can become powerful guides.
Projectors have an undefined Sacral Center. Also there is no connection to the Throat center. They don't have a built in potential to manifest or generate. Because of this they are classified as non-energy type with the reflectors. These two increase the understanding and productivity of the energy types (manifestors and generators). Projector energy type is pretty new to the planet coming in around 1781.
Projectors play a specialized role in relationships. Getting recognition is important; it creates a framework for them to play their role. Sometimes Projectors are recognized for who they are, but they can also be recognized for things they are not. Up until now manifestors and generators have ruled the world. Soon we will recognize the projectors natural ability to guide the other types. They will be the new leaders.
Projectors have three categories first the mental projector. They have any combo of defined head, ajna, or throat centers, but have no definition below the throat center. They tap into the environment and read its transient energies through all their undefined centers. They provide valuable information and guidance to others. To gain mental clarity they will need to bounce ideas off others to hear what it themselves.
Energy projectors have one or more motors except the sacral center, defined. They will need to wait for a invitation from people who want access to their energy just to get a job done. These projectors are under a lot of pressure to release built up energy from their defined motors. This creates two temptations for them one initiating an action just to release. Or second committing to an activity where they become a laborer, rather then the one who sees how to direct the process efficiently.
Classic projector definition is below the throat center, but never includes a motor. Without a motor they are able to test others motors and find out which people are right for them. This way they can be more objective with the invitations the accept.
Reflectors
(1% of the population)
Statistically, Reflectors are a minority. A Reflector's presence is a mirror for others. In groups, people's sense of themselves and the group is mirrored through the Reflector. Most people have a balance of open and Defined Centers, creating a polarity within them. Reflectors have only open Centers, creating a very different experience. They have the ability to take on and become many different things. They can mold to their environment and embody what is taking place. Their experience and embodiment of a group dynamic, or the theme of an environment, gives other people a sense for it as a whole as well. Because of Reflectors' lack of Definition, they have the potential to be objective and remain outside of things in a way others cannot. Inside situations, they embody the its characteristics and allow others to see things from outside themselves as well. As people get a larger sense for the group or situation, they develop a better sense for how each individual is participating and contributing.
Reflectors can see the progression over time as a group matures and develops, giving people feedback, and seeing what impact they have at different times. Although Reflectors can be objective and open without having their Definition get in the way, letting go to this point can be disconcerting. Most people's identities and interactions are built around solidity. What Reflectors are taking in is always temporary. Often, they feel the need to hold on, trying maintain something stable and solid. They can depend on and hold on to people who give them consistency and familiarity. When unable to let go, Reflectors can become dependent on people for stability and authority. Each of a Reflector's Centers, being Undefined, can embody different aspects of this dependency on others.
