As a child I was a vegetarian though I did finally join with the social norm and ate meat. This was mostly to avoid the nasty blood tasting drops I was given to keep my iron up. I developed a love for a few meats. After my awakening my body decided it was time to cut meat from my diet along with eggs and dairy. Making me sick to my stomach when I ate these foods. So there you have it I became a vegan.
It wasn't until recently when I was trying to wrap my head around honey. Was I still considered a vegan if I eat honey? A question that was sparked after I posted a recipe for colds including honey. Someone called me out on this. Then I thought of a resident I take care of that is a vegetarian, but eats fish....
As I thought of these odd lables and how we fit into the imaginary boxes society likes to put us in and likes us to trap ourselves in. A download of continuous knowings, thoughts, and images came through from the higher realms.
Whatever you do or don't eat is your choice alone and is not judged by higher realms. You should know a few things about foods to make a more informed decision.
1. Food is vibration just as you are. What that food has encountered will effect it's vibration. Animals and genetically modified foods are a low vibration. Organic is best.
2. The lower your personal vibration the more lower vibrational foods you will want. The quality will increase as well.
3. The higher your vibration the less your body will tolerate low vibration foods.
4. Blessing your food will ensure a higher vibration.
5. No matter what you eat you will be harming something. Animals and plants have feelings. If you were to eat synthetic foods you would be harming yourself. Proper energy management of balance is key. This is until humans can receive all life force energy from the sun.
6. The longer the food is dead/harvest the more it loses life force energy. The food spoils we know this, but long before that point the energy can be very low. Eat food as close to harvest as possible.
7. Along with #6 the longer a food is frozen/cooked the more it loses life force energy. For this reason it may be best to avoid foods that require long cooking times to be safe to eat.
The pieces were coming together now. When I had moments of cravings of lower vibrational foods I was in a low vibration. I was really sick with a cold, lack of sleep, stressed. During these times I could eat these foods and feel fine. Until I started to raise my vibration.
The Blessing
The blessing I received was pretty straight forward. All you need to do is pray or state that your food is of the highest vibration it can be. Ask that the food provides you with all the vitamins and minerals it can. Ask that you body absorbes all the vitamins and minerals it needs. Also it is very important to thank the food for being on your plate. Thank all who assisted the food to your plate. The farmer, the workers on the farm, the truck drivers, the people at the store, the cook...
Keeping Balance
When you eat food you are taking in life force energy. You are literally taking the life force of that animal or plant. This is how humans have to survive for now. Keeping the energy balance is the key to living a balanced life.
First do not eat more then you need. Often we eat out of habit when having a get-together, watching a movie, traveling... But how many times are you actually hungry? Eat when you are hungry and when you are full stop. Do not allow habits or cravings toss you out of balance.
Next send energy back to the location on Earth your food lost its life. Intention is everything so just intend that healing energy go back to the spot this animal or plant lived and died. Be thankful too. This raises the vibration of this spot and increases the vibration of all life there.
