Challenge 4-3-17
Today will be pretty hard for most, but this is what living in the 4th dimension is all about. Here we go take responsibility for everything that happens to you today.
Living in the 4th dimension is all about stepping into your creator role. You are the creator of your reality. Owning this is easy when things are good, but when they go bad we are quick to blame. As you start to become awakened and self realized you start to see how your actions and thoughts create ...your reality. You also see how experiences are related to karma and blocks in your DNA. No one is rewarding or punishing you. You are doing this to you and your soul is doing this to you.
We are in the middle of clearing not only of our karma, but karma in our DNA. Blocks left form generations ago. The faster you come to terms with you being responsible for your life the easier this clearing will be. Here in the 4D things happen fast which means the time between lessons is shorter. This means situations are going to keep coming up and slapping you in the face until you have changed what needs to be changed. It is very annoying. I have 2 that won't let up.

Today try to notice the ridiculous standards you hold yourself to. We set time limits for ourselves everyday and we expect things will go a certain way everyday. But what if they didn't go that way? Would the world end?
As I was buzzing around work I was stressing about an extra task being put in my routine. I am a caregiver for the elderly so they expect certain things at a certain time. I hold myself to those standards even if I have a person that doesn't care when I wake them up I still hold myself to a time I normally get in there. So anyway I was stressing about a new task that will take about a half hour at a time I wasn't sure I could make it by. I ended up running about a half hour behind. Now I'm really stressing.

Then I stopped and said to myself is this stressing helping? Then I said is it going to matter if I'm late to a new task that I said I couldn't do at that time anyway? I decided this was not my problem people didn't listen that I could do the task only a half hour later in the morning. Once I dropped the standards I had set for myself (all my time standards since I was late to everyone now.) I somehow ended up at the new task at the time management said I should be there.
The point is if we just relax and stop stressing about all these time frames and standards we can end up right were we need to be. Remember our minds create our reality if we are thinking we will never do something or worried it won't happen then it probably won't happen. Just relax everything will work itself out.

Challenge 3-31-17
Today we are going to focus on reconfiguring autopilot actions and emotions. When we are not living consciously our subconscious mind likes to set up automatic reactions to different situations based on previous situations or previous thoughts.
Our minds can't tell the difference between an actual event and a thought. The same autopilot neuro pathways are set up. Sometimes this helps us if we think about a situation and see a good outcome every time. Then when we ...are faced with that situation our mind is more at ease because we have seen and to our minds all ready done it this makes it easier to complete.

Once you have that moment stop everything, breathe, now start making a new outcome either physical or in your head. Both is best, but not always doable.
Now the real work is done before the situation weather you know it or not your mind is already thinking negatively. Stop it right there and start new thoughts more in line with what you want. After a short time you will see the change.

With the focus still on eliminating the 3d thinking and bringing in the 4d thinking we will be breaking down more programs. Today's is conspiracies. This will include all harms done to humanity and ET's. This is a big one because these are what woke a lot of people up and still are. If you choose to still be angry about the crimes against humanity then you are not helping. You are lowering your vibration.
As we awaken we need to raise our vibration. So your not ignoring these things you are just changing the way to thinking about them. You be the change not complain about a change. Ways to do this are:

2. Get a filter for water that does fluoride too. I got mine on Amazon. I have one for the kitchen it was about $130 with enough filters for a year. Then I got one for the shower for $60 that last a year.
3. Incorporate things in your diet that filters out heavy metals. Like cilantro or spirulina. This helps with the chemtrails showering us with heavy metals.
4. Buy organic as much as possible.
5. Detox often. There are many forms of this teas, Epsom salt bath, Apple cider vinegar ...
So we are choosing not to participate as much as possible in these crimes. But we must maintain a neutral state of mind. These things have already been stopped. They are still in awareness to awaken others. So let it that program run to awaken others, but don't participate with anger.

Todays program is on manifestation. In the 3rd dimension we needed to build up energy to get to the point of manifesting something. In the 4th dimension we can do it instantly. Now this takes time to build up, mainly to deprogram your mind from the 3rd to the 4th dimension.

Currently on little things I have a 5 minute wait and medium things I have a 4 1/2 hours and I'm about to try a big thing when I get a chance to meditate. It's spring break for the kids so we will see.
3. Catch yourself in the act. We are manifesting all the time already. Watch your thoughts and watch when they manifest. Time that too. The more you notice it the more it will happen.

Today while you are out and about instead of getting bent out of shape over people's driving or rudeness send them love.
Example: driving my kids to school and home is the single most stressful thing I do everyday. This is do a lot to the parents driving. They back up without looking, don't stop at stop signs, and drive in the middle of the road. In fact the last two days a car and a truck have tried to play chicken with me. The truck today just about took of my side mirror. So instead of yelling and freaking out I sent them love and prayed they drove safer to not cause an accident.
